Farouk Ksentini: “Bolstered security measures in front of educational facilities is imperative”

The Chairman of the consultative body in charge of the promotion and safeguarding of human rights, Mr Farouk Ksentini, has said that it is vital to beef up security measures around Algerian schools and colleges in a bid to protect our teenagers from all nefarious scourges.

 


  • Mr Farouk Ksentini called to this effect on the President of the Republic Mr Abdellaziz Bouteflika, to order an extra deployment of security forces in front of all educational establishments in various parts of the country in order to avoid the school-children from being “brainwashed” by roaming terrorist elements into joining their ranks.

  • Furthermore, Mr Ksenstini told “Echorouk” that his services had worked out an exhaustive report on the Algerian schools’ situation which is to be conveyed for perusal and appreciation to the head of state Mr Abdellaziz Bouteflika as early as next September.
