Investigations by the security services in Constantine, east of Algeria, on the three terrorists who have been arrested in the locality a few days ago, led to the discovery of a large terrorist plan, which was prepared by the Salafist Group “GSPC†also “AQIMâ€, Aiming to target a military institution in the region.

According to information from the investigations that are conducted by the security services and the research team, belonging to the national gendarmerie, the process of inspecting the houses of the three arrested terrorists, including a person with judicial lawsuits on terrorism charges, led to the discovery of plans and drawings which explain sites and headquarters of military institutions in the town of Constantine, east of Algeria, and exactly in the fifth military zone El Mansoura, where the regional command of the national gendarmerie.

Previously, the security services found, in the houses of the terrorists, drawings and details about much information, on the sites of every military institution in El Mensoura, Constantine, east of Algeria, as well as details about the distances between the fifth military zone and the regional command of the national gendarmerie.

Echorouk sources said that the details of these drawings and information are about maps of the security spread in El Mensoura, and distances between the security and military headquarters, thing which lead the investigators to identify the type of the terrorist attack which was planned by the terrorist group “GSPC” which aim to attack a military zone in Constantine, east of Algeria, using a suicide bomber or a bombed car.

Pending the end of the investigation with the three terrorists, particularly when they will provide information, and after investigation on the phone numbers in their mobiles, the investigations are still ongoing under strict secrecy, until the security services find all the details of the terrorist attack targeting the military zone.
