Football : Algerian professional player Saifi yearn to play by the side of Ziani, Yang next season

The Algerian goalscorer of the French first league squad of Lorient Rafik Saifi has expressed the hope to be able to play by the side of Karim Ziani and Mamadou Yang if ever the opt to quit OM Marseille for the side of Lorient next season.

Rafik Saifi said in an interview woth a French football magazine that he would try to convince Lorient’s coach Korkoff to take the necessary steps together with the leading staff of the club to ensure the transfer of playmaker Karim Ziani and striker Mamadou Yang from Marseille to Lorient in the next football season.

Saifi said that with Ziani and Yang by his side on the pitch, he could do quite better at the service of his club of Lorient in the next championship competition.

During the lengthy interview, the talented Algerian striker who scored 12 goals this season with the team of Lorient, spoke of his likes and dislikes as well as of his future projects after winding up his professional footballing career in France which has, so far, been crowned with great success, according to all sports commentators.
