France need Algeria’s help in the field of intelligence, during the military operation that it carried out in Mali, former Counterterrorism assistant director in the French intelligence, Louis Caprioli said.

Louis Caprioli, added at Russia Today TV channel, that the most important support that can be received in its military operation in Mali, will be from Algeria, mentioning “the important support is Algeria .. Algeria does not have a satellite, but it could have sources of information and can give us information about al-Qaeda”.
The security official, in charge of tracking Islamic movements in Europe and North Africa at the French Department of Counterterrorism, predicted the surrounding of terrorist groups in Mali, after Tigentourine terrorist attack in Ain Aminas, as Algeria’s efforts are focusing at the moment, “on its territory and this is important because al-Qaeda forces in Mali, if they can not enter Algeria for their needs, and this is currently difficult, this organization will face difficulties. It would be almost impossible that large numbers of terrorist can enter Algeria or Mauritania to organize themselves”.
“Peaceful solution to the crisis should continue. France knows that a military solution passes through a political solution, i.e we must be able to gather the Tuaregs alongside with the coalition in this fight. I believe the military solution relies primarily on neutralizing the greatest number of insurgents”, the spokesman seemed apprehensive of the danger of armed groups in northern Mali, as is the case with the movement for the Emancipation of Azawads and Ansareddine movement, considering them native people, the first group wishes to separate from the central government in Bamako, and the second is working to impose Islamic Sharia.
Louis Caprioli, warned of the possibility of carrying out armed operations in France, by elements called jihadists, that are not linked to al Qaeda or Ansareddine (supporters of religion), saying; “There are jihadist groups that are not necessarily linked to al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, that can carry out terrorist operations, and that are looking for legitimacy for their violence in France, under the pretext that France occupies an Islamic land in Mali. “
