Former president Chadli Benjedid ordered an investigation over the corps of Amirouche and Si- Lhouass: war veteran reveals

After a series of investigations he got in touch with a French officer who informed him that should look for it a museum in the region of Marseille, southern France, and he would maybe find his head alongside Bouziane’ s one. But the only thing he found was Amirouche’s weapon.

“Mehiri” went on saying in his testimony: “ I knew after that Amirouche’s son and Si- Lhouass’ sons have informed the president Benjedid about the case who, I his turn decided to set up three committees to investigate on the matter and assigned the late Mouh Ali to lead them”.

Ali Tibaoui has indicated that during the Algerian war veterans’ forum held in 1983, the president Chadli Benjedid has informed us that the two colonels’ corps have been retrieved and convened the participants to take part to the burial ceremony in “Al Alia “cemetery here in Algiers.
