Iraqi politician Misha’an al-Juburi, said he holds audio records about secret talks between Arab leaders, including Qatari top officials, and late Libyan murdered leader, Muaamar Gaddafi.

The Iraqi politician indicated in an interview with CNN Arabic website that when he was with the Syrian based Al-Rai TV channel, he managed to contact Gaddafi by phone, a few hours before being murdered.

“The Syria number that was found as the last call in the mobile phone of Gaddafi was the one of Al-Rai TV…Gaddafi wanted to challenge the image being rumoured about him by foreign media; and he wanted that the fight between his supporters and those he called as “traitors” to continue,” Misha’an al-Juburi said.

He further added that he holds other records, rated as “confidential,” composed of “secret talks’ between some Arab leaders and late Gaddafi.

He assumed that the records include also talks held between Gaddafi and Qatari top officials, some of which were leaked to some websites, denying, however, being the one who leaked them.

“The talks were about plotting to topple some Arab regimes, and I believe such records would make prejudice to some parties, if they were made public.”

Finally, the Iraqi politician, who is broadcasting a daily program with his own Al-Saab TV channel, concluded that he established contacts with supporters of Gaddafi, led by a couple of wise men, including Mussa Ibrahim, “as they are drawing up a political project which is to be presented on the channel, shortly.”
