Ghoulamoullah warns Imams against politicizing and issuing decrees contrary to French laws in France
The minister of religious affairs Bouabdallah Ghoulamoullah has warned a group of Imams or religious preachers due to officiate shortly in mosques in France against using politics in their sermons or issuing religious decrees for the Muslim worshippers in contradiction with the laws of the French republic on French soil.

Ghoulamoullah issued the warning during a meeting bringing together 53 Algerian Imams who have been trained to officiate in various mosques in France for a 4 – year period to help and guide the Muslims there better apply and understand the religion of Islam away from any drift or deviation.

These 53 Imams have undergone an intensive and an in-depth training under the close supervision of various religious affairs departments in several wilayas or provinces of country.

It should be noted that Islam is the second religion in terms of the number of worshippers in France.
