Government to create 65 thousand jobs in 2012

The government has officially endorsed a plan to create 64959 new jobs during the year 2012, less than the 65 thousand jobs created last year. Two-thirds of the overall jobs will be dedicated to the sectors of health, higher education and local authorities.

• The president has endorsed the plan for the creation of these jobs according to a schedule drawn by the public service directorate in coordination with the different ministerial sectors.

•  

• The operating budget of the upcoming year will witness a rise on account of various reasons including the enactment of the compensation systems retroactively and those decided during the year 2001.

•  

• The budget has , in this respect, risen by 4.7% in comparison to the last financial law and the operating budget by 3.10 % if compared to that endorsed last year.

•  

• The total cost of the expenditures has reached 7428 billion Algerian Dinars mostly designed to conduct the social policy and finance the five –year developing plan initiated by the president.
