Guards, directors of centers implicated in the BAC exams’ collective fraud

National Bureau of Exams and Competitions contacted the Education Directorates in the wilayas, asking them to send payrolls of points of candidates of the Division of Arts and Philosophy to centers where the suspected occurrence of the collective fraud, while correctors of the philosophy module sent their preliminary reports to the National Bureau of Exams and Competitions, after they discovered identical answers within the correction process.

Echorouk learned from syndical sources, that the Office of Examinations sent a secret report to the Directorates of Education, asking them to begin to send payrolls of marks of candidates for the chapter III embodying the Results of baccalaureate demo, or so-called term “white baccalaureate, only for the Division of ethics and philosophy, in order to help the office to compare the marks of pupils that they obtained in the exam of philosophy at the white baccalaureate, with their marks in exam baccalaureate degree in the same module, and thus the “payrolls of marks” will be the interval to prove the collective fraud or not, and if this will be proved, the candidate will get a zero and will be excluded for a period ranging between 5 and 10 years for passing the baccalaureate exam.

The same sources reveal that the Office of Examinations and Competitions, opens investigations against some teachers guards, heads of suspected centers and some observers, based on security reports which confirm the involvement of some of them in a mass fraud, as to be summoned to investigation on the month of July.

Same sources stressed that the Minister of Education Baba Ahmed Abdellatif, vowed to apply the maximum penalties against them, which might reach the insulation from the sector. With regard to the exam of philosophy for the Division of Arts and Philosophy, Echorouk sources confirm that the correctors raised their preliminary reports to the National Bureau of Exams and Competitions, and they are currently at the Office of the Director-General, Ali Salehi, confirming the existence of large similarities in the answers of the candidates and will therefore be the exclusion of a large number of them.

According to the first correction, the correctors recorded weak marks in the basic modules for the Divisions of Arts and philosophy, Management and economy, and good marks in the basic modules for Experimental Sciences, Mathematics, and Foreign Languages.
