Halilhodzic Allows Feghouli, Cadamuro, Boudebouz, Matmour to Come Late to Paris Training Camp
Bosnian Manager of Algeria football squad, Vahid Halilhodzic, has authorized to Sofiane Fegouli, Liassine Cadamuro, Riyad Boudebouz and Karim Matmour, to miss the short training session in Paris, Saturday and Sunday, ahead of Gambia clash in Banjul on Wednesday, as part of second round qualifiers to African Nations’ Cup of 2013.
Sofiane Fegouli of Valencia (Spain), Liassine Cadamuro of Real Sociedad (Spain), Riyad Boudebouz of Sochaux (France), and Karim Matmour of Eintracht Frankfurt (Germany), will be called to play with their clubs in local championships on Sunday, and could only join the Greens in Paris on Monday morning, to travel directly to Gambia on a special flight.
Deffender Madjid Bougherra of Lekhwiya (Qatar) and goalkeeper Rais Mbolhi of Cska Sofia (Bulgaria) are going to be the first players to arrive to Paris, as the championship in both countries is at rest. The other defender Ismail Bouzid of Beni Yass (the UAE) plays on Friday with his club, and should travel on Saturday to France.
Meanwhile, players performing in the local championship are to travel on Saturday with the medical and administrative staff members.
The rest of the squad will join the short training camp in Leonardo da Vinci sport centre in the outskirts of Paris on Sunday, before taking off to Banjul on Monday.
Coach Halilhodzic will hold a press conference on Sunday in the sport centre.
