Housing: 42% of AADL 2 files studied

A total of 100,000 housing units that are under construction in the framework of the embodiment of the sales program with renting “AADL 2”, including the completion of 230.000 houses which allocates a budget that reached $63, General Manager of the Agency of Upgrading and Improving Housing (AADL 2), Ilyas Ben Idir, said.
The projects would be delivered in their fixed deadlines by the end of 2015 and the beginning of 2016 at the latest, so that no reasons will make the deadlines be postponed”.
Ben Idir , who was the guest of the radio program for the Third Radio Channel “Daif Attahrir” (edition guest), said that the works of accomplishment recorded a remarkable progress in several projects, in parallel with continuing the study of the files of subscribers, which reached 42% of the files which were deposited, including 330,000 out of 768,000.
“Algiers alone recorded 212,000 files, waiting to view the files that were accepted by the selection committee, before calling the owners of the accepted files for the payment of the first part of the cost of housing, that is estimated at 10%”.
“AADL 2 projects are pending completion, including the buildings of category 5 and 9 floors for 50% of the projects, while 20% of the projects of 15 floors will also be completed. Neighborhoods will be built in accordance with the formula of the prefabricated barracks”.
“Regarding AADL 2001/2002 files, out of 146.000 files which have been received, 114 548 were accepted, including 90,000 in Algiers, referring to the granting of 36,000 orders to pay to subscriber, to finish with the file of subscribers of 2001/2002 within the next three months”.
