The newly appointed coach of Algeria national team, Bosnian Wahid Halilhodzic said he is due to implement rigor and threatened any player contesting his choices to be ousted.

The newly appointed coach of Algeria national team, Bosnian Wahid Halilhodzic said he is due to implement rigor and threatened any player contesting his choices to be ousted.

“When I start work with the team, I’ll put some laws, and the player who does not respect them will leave,” the Bosnian coach has been quoted as saying by the French L’Equipe magazine, on Thursday. 

He stated that he considers rigor as a key element in the success of his job, adding that the African football suffers in general of the lack of this “key.” “I concluded that in Africa there are problems related to rigor, and the players are used to choose playing the games they want, but such things would never happened with me,” former Cote d’Ivoire manager stressed.

 He further revealed that he is due to make some changes in the team. “Well For now, I’m not sure about the players that I will get rid of, but one thing is sure, is that the team will endure some changes, “Mr Halilhodzic confirmed.
