Government decisions relating to the concerns of the citizens about housing, building educational institutions, despite the collapse of the oil price will continue, Interior and Local Groups Minister, Noureddine Badoui, said, during his supervision on appointing the new governor of Bechar (Southern Algeria), Medjdoub Mohamed.
“Challenge should be raised, and we should not rely on the public treasury. I call upon the private investors in order to contribute to the revitalization of the development movement in the region, especially with tax incentives that were approved by the government in favor of the private investor.”
“Large movement that was conducted by the President of the Republic in the sector of governors, which included 37 provinces, and the appointment of governors in 17 provinces, enters within the range of measures that were taken by the various levels, in order to give a new impetus, and support a larger movement in the government work, and activities of public bodies and institutions.”
“I focused all efforts within this framework, through working with all local actors to realize the objectives that were assessed by the President of the Republic, and work within the approach that was adopted by the Interior and Local Communities, particularly in the side on credibility of the management and bring it closer to the citizens.”
“Provinces should be mindful of the citizens’ service properly to contribute to the advancement of public service. Government is today seeking to create a national observatory of public service, which main task is the follow-up of the performance and to assess the efficacy of the provided public service, as it will be a consultative framework that brings together all the parties that are concerned from the administrative services, civil society and the competent services, what would be turned into a force of proposal and a field of study to gain access of an efficient public service.
