Issad Rebrab To Appears Before Algiers Court

Businessman Issad Rebrab is expected to appear in Algiers Sidi M’hamed Misdemeanor Court, on Wednesday, on charges of false statements relating to the transfer of capital to and from abroad.

The General Manager of Cevital Groupe, who has been in temporary imprisonment since April 22, 2019, on charges that are related to customs’ violations, as he will answer the misdemeanour’s judge questions regarding the charges that were brought against him by the investigating judge related to the false statement about the movement of capital to and from abroad, and inflating the import equipment bills, and importing used equipment despite taking advantage of the fiscal and banking customs’ privileges.

It is known that the charges room at Algiers Judicial Council was as much as it rejected the request for release that is made by the defence committee for the accused, Issa Rebrab, on December 15th, so that the file will be referred to trial after the completion of all the judicial investigations.
