Justice Ministry Creates A New Website:Online Follow-up of Litigants' Files

The Ministry of Justice launched as from Saturday a new electronic service, that will allow all litigants from pursuing their cases, and all the developments, without moving to the various courts and tribunals across the entire national territory, and the Supreme Courts as well.

In the same context Echorouk sources reveaked that the Ministry of Justice issued instructions to all prosecutors and heads of councils, and then to the heads of courts, at the level of 48 states, to put all the developments of cases of litigants in its main website created for this new service‬, ‭with updating the site everyday, ‮ ‬ in order to facilitate their taks.

The same source added that there is a Commission of ‬inspection which controls the website‭ over 24 of everyday, to monitor any imbalances and shortcomings ‭ ‬ that they‬ would occur, before sending a notice to the high authorities.
