Kamel Sanhadji: “Algerians Will Receive The Covid19 Vaccine In January 2021 For Free”

The distribution of the vaccine against Covid19 will begin during the coming month of January in Algeria, Professor, Kamel Sanhadji, Director of the National Agency for Health Security, said, on Friday.
Professor Sanhadji told Radio Setif; “We expect the beginning of the vaccination for all Algerians will begin on January 2021. It will be free and will not be compulsory. We have all the capabilities to acquire safe and effective vaccines.”
“The government will reveal the vaccine that Algeria will acquire in the coming days, after its approval by the World Health Organization”.
“We are scientifically studying all vaccines and we have all the capabilities to acquire vaccines, including those that require low storage degrees.”
“Foreign flights will not be resumed before vaccinations start, and opening borders requires a medical passport, which includes compulsory vaccination for all travellers.”
“We are witnessing the beginning of a decline in the peak number of Coronavirus infections, and it is expected in the decline in the coming days”.
