Algerian midfielder Karim Ziani is now being submitted to an intensive medical treatment under the supervision of Italian doctor Iral with a view to being quite ready for next Wednesday's crucial Group C world cup fixture versus the squad of the United States after an injury sustained in the second half of the Algeria-England match last Friday at Green Point Stadium of Cape Town.
