Kids of Algerian “single mothers” for sale with Euros in France

Algiers Criminal Court adjourned the opening the case of kids and embryos trafficking to the next criminal session, due to the absence of five defendants from the hearing, who are located according to Echorouk in the French territory, as the concerned were under judicial control, this is why the court decided to take actions against them, with rejecting the provisional release of some defendants who are in jail.
Among the 13 defendants, there is a son of a notary, who was working at the office of his father, and is a knight of the Holy Quran, after he was chosen in the punitive detention in Bach Djarah (Algiers), and is now an Imam for prisoners, and his father was accused in turn in the case, but a serious health malaise led to his death is prison, including a list of involved, with them six women and a French Muslim.
Sunday’s trial was characterized with a claim of the defense by showing of hands to release the clients in custody, until the approaching of the trial date, with bringing all the guarantees to attend the next meeting, but the prosecutors opposed the request, and the court in turn refused to release the doctor and the son of the notary, with raising hand off three nannies and the doctor’s sister.
The detained defendants spent four years in provisional detention. Turning to the merits of the case, which was considered earlier as the first crime of smuggling Algerian illegal fetuses and kids to France, by fraudulent documents, involving a network of 13 people, including a French Muslim, a doctor and his sister and two notaries.
Security services have found in their investigation in 2008, in the doctor’s medical equipment for gynecology, official and administrative documents, and jewelry wrapped with official papers, in addition to sums of money in national and foreign currency.
According to the judicial file, the doctor was selling babies to families that adopted them, and that he used aborted fetuses, after placing them in a special solution in preparation for transfer to abroad but the defense considered the file as “blank”, and was amplified by parties, especially as there are no victims in the file, depending only on one single mother’s testimony, and the defense added that families that have adopted the kids are Algerian residing in France, and not French families.
Investigating judge of the Court of Sidi M’hamed, send judicial instructions to his counterpart in the Court of St Etienne, to make sure about the social status of the families which adopted the smuggled kids.
After 14 months of investigations in the French court, it was revealed that they are families with good biography, which provided full insurance to those kids, as they also provided circumcision for each boy. But the accusation Council room at Algiers court, adjusted the issue on the basis of a crime of organizing a gang, hiding and smuggling kids deliberately, participation in fraud by impersonating others.
