National Advisory Committee for Human Rights Promotion criticized government policies in the areas of employment, health, education, housing, and youth issues, adding that it needed a more efficient approach to “fit in with the economic, social and cultural policies”, considering that the measures that have been taken to achieve social inclusion for the most disadvantaged groups did not achieve its objectives, and are “inadequate and in need of comprehensive solutions in light of the increasing protests and demands, which become urgent in public authorities to include in its agenda the concerns of citizens.”

According to the annual report of the National Advisory Committee for the Promotion of Human Rights, “Social boiling and protest movements requires an urgent response from all actors that exceeds levels of the preview through “Choosing a practical methodology that combines between the objective analysis and taking a decision that has to do with deep facts on the ground.”

Concerning the part on justice, the report said that the good performance of justice is the only guarantee to achieve social cohesion and peace in a democratic society and sustainable development, and concerning corruption, the Commission invited the higher authorities to take “profound and ongoing measures (…) that include all the sectors which create wealth, in order to eliminate this scourge,” noting that, “Time has come to put an end to this deviation, through a strict adherence to the provisions of the Constitution.”

The report stated that “Fair justice in the one with good performance and is the only guarantor to achieve social cohesion and peace and a real transition towards a modern and democratic society, and the rule of law and sustainable development.”

The report, in 202 pages, that was published by APS talked about “Qualitative reform” of justice saying that it should be directed to the “real rehabilitation of the main actors, participants and agents.”
