Louisa Hanoune:”Those who confiscated the will of people are trying to cause an Arab Spring in Algeria”

Secretary General of the Labour Party, Louisa Hanoune, described results of the Legislative Elections as false and fabricated, saying that it is a dangerous provocation against the majority of the people, who voted or abstained on the grounds that it does not fit their political will like it was demonstrated during the campaign.
Louiza Hanoune asserted that those who confiscated the will of people are trying to cause an Arab Spring in Algeria.
Louisa Hanoune explained, during a press conference at the headquarters of Belfor in Bachdjarash in Algiers, to announce on the position of the Labour Party following the results of Elections; “58% of the people who did not participate in voting, have expressed openly their doubts about the electoral process. Results that were announced by Interior Minister are a dangerous provocation over the majority of people who either participated or refused to participate, on the grounds that the results do not fit the popular will as manifested during the electoral campaign. President Bouteflika intended by saying “My political affiliation is clear “Algeria”, and not FLN party.They had been sure of that in communications which they conducted.
With regard to the 220 seats that were reaped by FLN in the coming parliament, the General Secretary of the Labour Party described the result of the outcome as “Imaginary”, as well as regarding the 20 seats for her party, declaring that they used the voices of the soldiers, who were given instructions to vote strongly in favor of FLN and in less for RND; “The Labour Party had won 11 seats in the capital Algiers, but the number has shrunk to 7 seats only, so that it was rigged with 4 seats that have been given in a flagrant way to FLN and RND parties. There was a manipulation in the results of the Elections, which was described as the most horrendous Stalinist practices, which resembles practices of the Ben Ali in Tunisia before the revolution, due to changing results through inflation in the percentage of participation”.
