Mali to send an international note to arrest Bahanga in Libya
The Touaregs’ leader, Ibrahim Ag Bahanga, refusing the peace agreement signed between Mali government and the Touareg rebels in Algeria, was committed to the Libyan authorities and rejected politics in order to live in Libya for “Humanitarian causesâ€, Libyan diplomatic sources said.
