Medelci called upon Algerian operators to invest in Mali

Algiers- FM Mourad Medelci called upon economic operators in both Algeria and Mali to exploit the opportunities offered by the economic potential and development projects in the two countries.

According to Medelci the sectors of energy and public works may constitute “poles of excellence” in the economic ties between the two countries, in a basic step to combat terrorism and organized crime and poverty in the Sahel.

During the opening of the works of Algerian- Malian Commission for Financial Cooperation, Medelci added that both sides have identified other areas such as information and communication technologies, explaining that the Algeria Telecom public institution wishes to make a contribution to promote the capabilities of Mali in this area. Medelci asserted that “Saidal” is ready to occupy an important place in the Malian market in a first phase to sell pharmaceutical materials.
