In an immediate reaction to the fiery statement made by Kadhafi's daughter Aisha slamming on NTC rulers in Libya, Algerian foreign minister Mourad Medelci said stringent decisions would be taken forthwith by the relevant Algerian authorities so that such untoward behaviour doesn't occur again in future.

• Mr Medelci also indicated that he had duly informed the UN Security Council members of Algeria’s measures aimed at preventing further bellicose statements from the Kadhafi family from Algerian territory against the new NTC rulers in Libya.

• Colonel Kaddafi’s daughter, Aisha, reassured that her father is in good health and is fighting against what she called “traitors”. The audio message of Muammar Gaddafi’s daughter was broadcast by Syrian network Al Arral, the ousted regime’s only megaphone left. Aisha fled, at the end of August, to Algeria with her mother Safiya and her two brothers, Mohammed and Hannibal.
