Members of FLN Political Bureau launch a war against Belayat

Opponents who oppose FLN’s Coordinator, Abderrahmane Belayat, decide to collect signatures of the Central Committee members, and hold the deferred session to elect a Secretary General, as 114 signatures has been so far collected , at a time nine members of the Politburo send a notice to the Coordinator to hold a meeting on Saturday, in order to invalidate the recent actions that were taken by Belayat.

Decisions to set the party structures at the National People’s Council widens the depth of the rift within the party, and incited the Politburo members against him including ministers  from the party, as nine members of the office sent a notice to Belayat, in order to hold a formal meeting of the Political Bureau next Saturday evening.

Mohammed Alioui, member of the Politburo told Echorouk, that led Coordinator for this meeting does not pose any problem for them, “because the problem is with the decisions that were taken”, calling upon Belayat to submit to the majority opinion within the Politburo, arguing that nine members from among 13 members who make up this body, are opposing his actions and call upon him to surrender, and only three members support him.
