Ministries and official institutions dumped with fake spare parts
Inspectorate of customs’ sections seized on Saturday at Houari Boumediene Airport, five bags of spare parts that were smuggled from Cairo by A well known businessmen in Ghelizane, western Algeria.
Details of the operation, according to an official source at the General Directorate of Customs, back to Saturday, when an Egyptian plane landed at the airport coming from Cairo , during the inspection process customs passed the bags in the scanner and found that there is a quantity of spar parts in five bags of large seize.
Echorouk sources added that the seized quantity of spar parts exceeded 100.000 dinars, smuggled by a businessman in Ghelizane, western Algeria.
The Asian made spar parts are fake and mostly directed to trucks because their price is expensive, as it is believed that a large quantity was directed to official institutions like the wilayas and municipalities hangars, as investigation is underway in this case.
