Mokrane Ait Larbi:”Corrupt Judges” file disappeared from the Supreme Court Scheduling Division

File known as “corrupt judges” of the Supreme Court disappeared from the Scheduling Division of the court, at the time the defense accused influential officials in the state of using their influence to blur the file because their relatives are among those corrupt judges.

Lawyer Mokrane Ait Arbi told Echorouk, that the “Justice of the Night” continues, in the presence of corrupt officials, who seek in every way to hide the effects of their crimes.

“Details of the issue of the war veteran Mallouk Ben Youcef, who works at the Ministry of Justice is known as the President of the republic asked him to study files of judges who have the membership in the front and the Liberation Army. He discovered through his study of these files more than 50 fake membership certificate in order to of get rights that are associated to the character”.

“Mallouk Ben Youcef notified the relevant authorities in relation to matters of principle to these files, as he exposed them in front of public opinion, calling it “The issue of corrupt judges.”

“Instead of punishing the counterfeiters, Mallouk was referred to the Criminal Court on charges of “grabbing administrative documents”, and was punished, and in order to defend himself in front of the Criminal Court, revealed that some officials such as the Minister of the Mujahideen (war veterans), took advantage of their influence to cover up the case because of the presence of their relatives among the corrupt judges”.
