He has recalled that the ultimate task of the security forces was to protect and safeguard the citizens’ security and dignity, pledging to apply coercive sanctions against those who mire the reputation of the security body.

Addressing the officers on the sidelines of the ceremony for the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the National Police Day with the presence of the interior minister Dahou Oueld Kablia and a number of the cabinet members, Abdelghani Hamel put the focus on the necessity to abide by a moral code during when dealing with the citizens.
