New conditions for selling the state's housing

Government identified new conditions for the ability to wave the social housing and that representing the state subsidies, in the framework of protecting the real estate’s barn to put an end to the potential speculation, which destroy the efforts in the field of construction.

Authorities decided to prevent the beneficiaries from housing to sell then until the passage of legal years for waver.

Both ministers of finance and housing, Karim Djoudi and Abdelmadjid , signed a ministerial decree on preventing the waver of social housing on February, 24,2013, a copy available to Echorouk,  according to the article 22 of the complementary finance law 2011, for the covalent social housing, under the condition of recovering the state subsidy.

As for the rural housing, which enter in the framework of establishing social fragmentation in the inhabited regions, which population do not exceed 5000, built through self construction, the common ministerial decree asserted that it is also concerned with the ban of waver.
