“Observers” behind cheating in the baccalaureate

Education Ministry kept on the same procedures which framed the BAC exam graduation for years, in terms of the number of centers and the number of candidates in one section, while the Ministry put full responsibility on “observers” in centers if there will be fraud in the baccalaureate without other members of the Secretariat.

Conversely if the candidate is set out in six cases of fraud he/she will be deprived from passing the BAC exam for 10 full years.

According to the Ministerial Publication on Examinations and Competitions, which copy is available to Echorouk, the preparation is underway for 12000 Center for conducting the three formal examinations, to accommodate 2 million candidates, as the Baccalaureate Exam and Secondary Education will be conducted in one session, while the exam of the end of the primary stage will be conducted in two sessions, the first at the end of the month of May and the second in June.

The decree explained that the head of the center, the Secretariat, and professors guards are recruited from outside the province, just like observers and assistants as well, they are supervised by a special committee consisting of three members of each city, with the task of distributing observers in centers and visits them.

Regarding the candidates, they shall be distributed to centers of exams through placing 20 candidates in one section, and 15 independent candidates, as each candidate will withdraw the calling via Internet in the period between 15 April and 15 May, as it was noted in the call to schedule the conduct of tests and several key points such as, prevent the candidate from going out of the exam room for any reason, until after half of the official time of the test, and that any delay of more than half an hour deprives candidates from sitting for the exam.

Office of examinations and competitions determined six cases of fraud if the candidate is uncovered in one of them, and will be excluded for 10 years, in case any communication tool of any kind like a mobile phone, Wi Fi, Blootooth, books, copybooks, prints, bags, wallet bags or any other type of holsters, and is considered a cheating that will expose the candidate to stopping the completion of the exam immediately, and there are papers for answering and drafts that are not provided by the center, and connect to any candidate with reference, speak or suggesting, talk to the guards about the content of the test, and create chaos or inciting inside the room or outside, and change the place of sitting or remove table in the testing room are considered violations of the exam’s rules as well.
