Ould Kablia: “We cannot include beneficiaries of pre-employment contracts in municipalities”
Smuggling of goods and especially gasoline from Algeria via the western and eastern borders is a real security problem, Interior Minister, Dahou Ould Kablia said on the sidelines of his visit to the Wilaya of Ain Defla on Sunday.
Interior Minister revealed on a series of deterrent measures to enter into force after they were ratified by the Cabinet recently.
“One of the precautions that were taken to strengthen the security units on borders with the necessary material means and enough human framing human, in addition to the organization of surveillance operations across the permanent check points to tighten the noose on smugglers who doubled their smuggling operations through the emergence of many networks in this area, which requires a large response on a wider scale, as the units of the national People’s army are expected to complete trenches across regions which need to tighten control, as well as monitoring Naftal stations of distribution and others”, he added.
“Tougher sanctions through seizing consumed goods are the most important action, as it is unreasonable that the city of Telemcen, western Algeria, for example, consumed quantities of gasoline more than the capital. Between 20 and 25% of gasoline goes out of borders”.
“File the fight against bureaucracy is on my desk, and the government will study it soon. We cannot integrate all the beneficiaries from contracts for pre-employment in their posts through the municipalities. The integration that was allowed in some sectors cannot be adopted in the administration depending on the availability of financial positions or not. 53000 posts were provided through the reconsideration of the anarchist traders across cities and streets through their benefit from contract that would enable them to engage in legal trade”.
“Interior Ministry announced on regular meetings with the governors of the Republic to conduct a comprehensive study on file of domestic investments. These meetings will include periodically 4 to 5 governors of Republic at each meeting to discuss a comprehensive file of domestic investment”.
