Ouyahia asks a Governmental Committee to study Basic Law on Education

Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia asked the governmental Committee to study the Draft Basic Law of the National Education Employees, particularly the points of disagreement.

He also asked the representative of Finance Ministry to submit a study on the financial impact, which would be dragged due to ‬he proposed amendments ‭after the application of the law. ‬

Secretary-General of the National Syndicate of Education Workers,Abdel Karim Boujenah, told Echorouk, that the Secretary-General of the Education Ministry, Abu Bakar al-Khaldi, has informed the Syndicates of Education during the meeting which was held yesterday at the Ministry in Algiers, that the head of the office Ahsan Agha and the Director of employees, Mohammed Boukhetta, said that Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia will meet today, the governmental Commission in charge of studying the basic Law, to open the debate again about the points of disagreement during the previous meetings at the level of public employement, adding that the trusteeship ‭‬had asked‭ its office‬ ‭to suspend thes trike to ‭be launched Thursday‬ for three days‭. ‬

For his part, the National Secretary in charge of information and communication at the CNAPEST, Massoud Bodiba, said that the ministry informed them that the meeting of Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia, with thegovernmental committee on Sunday, has been limited to hand over a detailed report on the file, and asked it to deepen the study on this file, particularly ‭about the ‭points of disagreement ‭that ‭touches ‭all the‭ ‬groups and branches, ‭refusing to disclose them, until a future time. ‬
