Parliament creates a draft law to oblige MPs to choose between membership and 10 other functions

Government identified 10 cases that prevent a MP to combine them with membership in the legislative authority, as the legislator asks a MP to choose between the membership in parliament and 10 tasks, functions, financial and commercial activities.

• The draft law on cases of incompatibility with the parliamentary trust of a MP licenses temporary works of a scientific, cultural or humanitarian nature for a period of one year, such as high education or professor of medicine. The theme should contain a statement filed at the board office, in case of incompatibility the MP is obligatory resigned and his post is vacant.

• According to the text of the draft organic law which specifies cases of incompatibility with the trust of parliament to be adopted at the government council on Wednesday, after it was programmed at the last meeting of Tuesday. The new law prevents each MP in both chambers from combining his function as a MP and having many other activities and tasks.
