Party spokesman refutes reported escape of MSP leader from Swiss justice
The Movement for Society of Peace Party has firmly denied the allegations which said that its leader Abu Djerra Soltani was chased by the Swiss police and also denied the existence of any warrant of arrest issued by the Swiss judicial authorities against him.

Paying a visit yesterday at “Echourok” headquarters along with top officials , the party’s National Secretary for Communication and Political Issues, Mohammed Djemaa has declared that “ the Swiss judicial authorities have ruled out the existence of an arrest warrant against the party’s leader Abu Djerra Soltani” adding that the Swiss justice ministry was “ astonished” to hear that a former minister has fled the Swiss soil through the French borders.

Mohammed Djemaa further indicated that “ Abu Djerra Soltani travelled to Geneva at the invitation of the Swiss Islamic League and left this country on board of the Algerian flight company bound to Houari Boumedienne International Airport after conferring with some members of the Algerian community as scheduled”.

The secretary went on saying that the party leader left the Swiss soil through the VIP lounge with the presence of the Algerian ambassador and consul to Geneva, without crossing through the French soil.

As to the news reported by the French News Agency that relayed the revelations made by the chairman of the Swiss NGO “Track Impunity Always”, Philippe Grant who declared that this organization has lodged a complaint against the former minister at the court of “Fribourgh” ( western Switzerland) on charges of torture over former officer Anouar Malek, M Djemaa asserted that the Swiss judicial authorities are not allowed to sue people for cases occurred outside this country’s jurisdiction, adding that the same organization has in the past tried to do the same against the former defence minister Khaled Nezzar while he was travelling to Switzerland.

Mohammed Djemaa has slammed the Non Governmental Organization “TRIAL” describing it as “suspicious” adding that “ This is not surprising from an organization which comprises a number of National Popular Army deserters wanted by the Algerian justice including the officer Mohammed Samraoui and Mourad Dhina, a former top leader at the banned Islamic party (FIS).

He also slashed at the former leader within the Movement for Society of Peace party Anouar Malek who had in the past wrongfully accused media professionals and top leaders of the party including Farid Hebbaz and Ahmed Eddane.
