During this phone call, according to the statement, information was exchanged on the efforts made to prevent the spread of the pandemic Covid19, and the two presidents reviewed bilateral relationships and agreed to give an ambitious push permanently that guarantees mutual interest and full respect for the privacy and sovereignty of both countries.

“The two presidents discussed the situation in Libya and the Sahel countries in light of the suffering of their peoples from wars and conflicts, and they agreed to coordinate to put an end to this crisis by helping to establish security and stability in the region”, it added.
