Presidential Elections 2014: Popular decisions in the tripartite to absorb the anger of Algerians

Five groups in charge of the tripartite meeting’s files, which will take place on February 23, started in the sorting of the meeting’s files, which will decide about two files that are considered as very important for the social front.
First file is the omission of article 87 bis of the low on job which will be a revolution in the system of wages.
Second the return of consumer loans and the list of products that are concerned with these loans and which range between 30 and 70 million, and the measures that aim to protect and promote the national production.
Echorouk sources said the five ministers, that have been selected by the last tripartite meeting on last October, received orders to transfer the reports of the working groups to the services of the Prime Minister for consideration during a joint ministerial council that will be held before the tripartite, as the matter comes to the report of the work group which is in charge of the economic and social contract for progress that is headed by Mohamed Saghir Babass, head of the Economic and Social National Council.
Same sources added that the second file is related to studying ways of the National Fund Investments contribution in financing the public and private national investment, and to identify its potentials in this field.
Work team that was headed by the Finance Minister, Karim Djoudi, ended with putting a set of proposals that government will study before referring them to the tripartite meeting.
Third report is related to ways of supporting the national production, and it contains ways of returning back to work with the consumer loans for the local products.
Work team that was headed by the Trade Minister, Mostafa Ben Bada, prepared a report that contains a set of proposals to protect the national product, through adopting the internationally known measures under the rules of the International Organisation of Trade.
Most important file will be prepared by the General Union of Algerian Workers, and is related to reviewing article 87 bis which fate still raises controversy between the Work, Employment and Social Insurance Ministry and the Syndicate of Sidi Said.
