Public service asks for report about vacant jobs in administrations
Public service department gave an instruction to different official structures to prepare a detailed a report about recruitment and promotion process in 2012 and vacant jobs in 2013.
The department transmitted a letter to officials in charge of human resources management and public service inspectors on July 10th. It says reports made by central and local structures of public services showed that some public enterprises and administrations did not respect legal and regulatory procedures in terms of competitive exams held in 2012.
“In order to avoid such a situation, public enterprises and administrations must respect applicable legal and regulatory framework and coordinate with public service central and local departments before opening competitive exams in 2013,” says the letter.
“Public administrations should also respect measures related to employment and promotion assessment in 2012 and send a copy to public service central and local departments,” it added.
The public service department called on all the administrations to prepare vacant jobs program 2013 within 10 days and check conformity of candidates’ degree to specialties determined by the law.
