Saadani's team: “There is no contradiction between the provisions of justice”

New leadership of the National Liberation Front described the statements of the former coordinator of FLN Party, Abderrahman Belaiat, which said that justice quickly ruled on the subject of the license that was granted to Saadani’s group, to hold the Party’s Central Committee as an “idle”.

FLN’s new Secretary General said in a statement on Tuesday that the administrative judge has the authority to assess the date of considering that the case is ready for adjudication, based on the provisions of Article 847 of the Administrative and Civil Procedures Act, as it is stated here that the “Belaiat’s group” still accuses Saadani’s group of violating the legislation.

The statement pointed out that what was announced by Belaiat’s group, on the contradiction between the provisions of the Administrative Court and the State Council “does not exist”, and that the Office of the sixth pending session that was headed by Ahmed Boumahdi, got a license that was issued by the Algiers Wilaya on August, 21, 2013, to resume occupancy on the 29 and 30 August 2013 at Al Aurassi Hotel.
