Echorouk sources said that the a number of directors of secondary schools prevented the pupils of secondary classes who prepare for the BAC exams, to protest in the streets, so they decided to protest inside their schools, and decided to boycott the studies on Tuesday.

Secondary school pupils protest in Bouira, Boumerdes, Constantine, Oran, Tipaza, Algiers and Tizi Ouzou, out of the education directorates doors asking for fixing the lessons hours.

Same sources added that the delay in lessons due to the strikes of October 2013, that was launched by the CNAPEST lasted for two weeks in various schools, because the process of compensating the lessons during the first week of the winter holidays, as agreed upon with the Education Ministry, was not implemented seriously in some schools.
