Sellal: “Mali can always rely on Algeria”

Sellal asserted, during a statement to media, on the sidelines of a meeting with Mali president Dioncounda Traore at the 21session of the Conference of African Heads of States and governments, that he told Traore that Mali relied on Algeria in the past and can do it always”.

In this regard, PM explained;”Since the beginning my country’s position was clear and firm, as it was really necessary to do everything in order to protect Mali stability finally, in order to impose the respect of the territory’s integrity in this country”.

“Coming elections in Mali, which are noticing their final stage, will realise a stability in this country for sure. Map which we always developed in national dialogue, especially with the population of North Mali, to find the best solutions to involve then in conducting the country and realising peace and security at the level of the region. I renewed the complete readiness of the Algerian President of Republic, government and people to support Mali in its aim. We walk generally on the right way.”
