Sellal postpones visit to Adrar
Algeria’s Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal postponed Saturday’s visit to the province of Adrar (south of Algiers) although all the preparations were achieved to receive him and his delegation, Echorouk has learnt.
The postponed visit was supposed to be Sellal’s 11th working visit to the Algerian provinces since he was appointed at the cabinet head on September 3rd.
According to the same sources, the Prime Minister will accompany his Turkish counterpart Recep Erdogan on his two-day-visit next week to the province of Oran (west of Algiers) to inaugurate an iron factory.
Observers raise questions about the postponed visit as Erdogan’s visit to Algeria approaches.
All it seems that the Turkish Prime Minister may be received by Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika as senior officials say he recovered and will come back home soon.
