Sellal: “We'll combat attempts to hit Algeria's stability”

Prime Minister, Abdelmalek Sellal warned of the attempts to disturb Algeria’s stability and security.

“Algeria’s high authorities want to go further in defending the country’s stability and face any attempt to return Algeria back to violence. Candidates who will run for April’s Presidential Elections should be nights of democracy and defence the nation’s integrity and stability. Algerians should participate in the promotion of combatting corruption away from campaigns. Meeting of the social tripartite will be held on February 23 to study reports of work teams that was approved in last October’a tripartite meeting”.

In his speech before the civil society and elected of Tissemsilet on Tuesday, Sellal warned explicitly of every person who tries to disturb the country’s stability and return back to anarchy.

“There is no way to return to anarchy. Government will provide the necessary abilities to succeed the Presidential Elections that are scheduled for April 17, with the lifting of all obstacles that the candidates will face in this date through respecting laws”.

“Success of the Presidential Elections on April 17, is the mission of all Algerians, and a duty of every Algerian  who loves his country”.

“Government will make sure of providing all abilities to realise successful elections. It is ready to listen to the concerns of the different candidates”.

“Algerians will not accept to return back to the past and instability after all the efforts they made to regain stability”.

“Corruption and bribery should be combatted to regain the citizens’ trust in the state institutions and officials. Judicial authority should fight against corruption through respecting laws and evidence of non guiltiness, away from the campaigns that may lead to abuses and violations. If justice has the duty to stop corruption strictly, everyone should also apply transparency in the different fields of public life”.
