Services of market control shutdown 300 groceries on the eve of Ramadan

Services of control belonging to the Ministry of Commerce implemented more than 14.000 interventions during the last ten days of July, which preceded Ramadan.

   Same services closed 328 shops and edited more than 3.000 punishments due to abuses committed by traders because of the lack of hygiene and the sale of goods invalid for consumption, and lack of advertising prices as well.

Agents of control tighten control in anticipation to Ramadan. They implemented 14260 interventions in the period between 20 and 31 July, resulting in 3274 offenses and 3195 punishments, while the total amount due to the non billing reached 558 million DA, and the value of products that were seized reached 4 million DA, with the closure of more than 300 shops.
