Lobbies in France are working with suspicious parties in Morocco to revivify the so-called “Touaregs State Project” or the “Desert State” as part of military intervention in Mali, Echorouk has learnt.

The lobbies which always strive to shake Algeria’s stability try this time to revivify the so-called the “Desert State” after they had maliciously promoted “autonomy” in the Kabylie region.

According to sources, the lobby wants to move a “dead project” which consists of forming a state including people from Sudan, Mali, Algeria and Niger. This project was aborted and rejected by the people of those countries. They confirmed their loyalty to territorial integrity and their support to their independent states’ stability and safety.

French Moroccan lobbies are trying to exploit events in northern Mali and the attempt to impose military intervention as a unique option to implement a conspiracy plan meant to create an “influence region” in southern Algeria, sources say.

A Moroccan lobby joined the Extreme Right in France to concretize this plan. A pressure is put on French President François Hollande to take advantage from military action in Mali. They also look for creating an “international market of weapons” and military tests.

Earlier, spokesman for the Algerian foreign affairs ministry Amar Blani told Echorouk Algeria would take all possible measures in the Sahel region to defend its interests and protect its borders.

France and European countries will meet on Thursday and on November 19th to find solutions to the “financial crisis” which hinders the military action in Mali.

According to estimates, the military intervention would need $1 billion. This amount can not be insured by the United Nations Organization.
