Special transport programs, security plan to revive Algiers nights

Capital Algiers will launch a project to revive its nights, and put an end to the lethargy that characterized it years ago, as it will launch this plan from the municipality of Central Algiers, which operate on the registration of traders who are willing to open their shops to late hours, parallel with preparing a book of terms to change the interfaces of their shops, and remove all which would distort the public landscape of the capital, in order to reformat the major streets.

The campaign, which was launched by the municipality,  will include cafes and shops to encourage the owners to open their shops until late hours of the night, after the various buildings were linked to special devices for Wi-Fi networks, aiming to encourage citizens to roam the neighborhoods, as well as merchants to open stores for late hours of the night, in a move designed to develop movement in the period of night to break the rule that says that the capital sleeps early, as the services of the wilaya of Algiers hold meetings with various professionals for the success of this project, which Algiers adopted just like other capitals of the world, in line with the strategic plan for the modernization of the city of Algiers,where the governor decided personally to follow up the situation by listening to the different actors to make it a success, whether the services of security in order to ensure security coverage, or the institutions of urban transport,  like the metro, tramway and taxis.
In this regard, the mayor of Central Algiers told Algiers that his services provided Internet through various buildings and included 24 surface, adding that it will allow the shops and cafes  to open stores until one in the morning, and asserting that the project is monitored by the governor personally, because it falls within the strategic plan to modernize Algiers and realize the project of a capital that never sleeps.
