Teaching for Baccalaureate candidates in Universities due to overcrowding
The national education ministerial department has decided to have recourse to university halls for the teaching of Baccalaureate candidates during the 2013-2014 academic year because of reported overcrowding problems.
During a recent encounter with provincial education directors, the National Education Minister was fully apprised of the current constraints stemming from a lack of class-room seats in manifold high-schools of the country.
MrAbdellatif Baba Ahmed said to this effect thatthose unlucky Baccalaureate candidates could be sheltered in empty and available university halls during the 2013-2014 academic year in order to help them brace for their end of year crucial exam in the most adequate conditions.
The national education minister explained that the overcrowding problem could be thrashed out through the recourse to higher education facilities notably for the benefit of Baccalaureate candidates settled in the South of the country.
“This remedial move is aimed at putting on the same keel all the candidates who will take this important exam allowing access to university studies for the future laureates”, Mr Baba Ahmed pointed out.
