Temporary teachers vow to stage a rally by the presidential palace

The National Coordination of Student Monitors has pledged to carry on its movement till the total fulfilment of their demands including the revision of their professional that they billed “scandalous”; meanwhile, temporary teachers have threatened to march toward the presidential palace on December 25.

• For its part, the National Council of the Education Sector has condemned the series of arrests and brutal behavior of the police forces against the temporary teachers and pledged to stage a rally in front of the presidential palace to express their outrage.

• The communiqué, that Echourouk received a copy, reveals that the decision issued by the education ministry last May was not enacted. 10 months after the teachers saw their hopes vanished in the air, the communiqué added.

• The three unions that staged a rally by the education ministry have denounced the brutal treatment of the security forces and pledged to carry on their movement till the end.
