The Egyptian Ministry of Health denied all the lies and fabrications by the satellites of sedition in Cairo, whether official or private, about the presence of many casualties among the Egyptian fans after the match in Khartoum , in a way which shows that the Egyptian plan, which did not stop after the assaults on Algeria and the Algerians, through bringing forged testimonies and ignoring the testimonies that are contrary to their plan, even if they are issued by official and sovereign persons in Egypt? !

• The Egyptian Ministry of Health, denied the registration of any deaths among the Egyptian fans following the clashes that occurred after the match, Egypt vs. Algeria in Sudan.
• The ministry said in an official statement that the number of injured was 21 wounded, among the more than seven thousand Egyptians who       traveled to Sudan.
• The The statement said that minor injuries, including fractures and surface wounds, thing which  denies allegations by the Egyptian newspapers .
• Dr. Abdel Rahman Shahin, official spokesman of the Egyptian ministry of Health said that there were no deaths so far among the Egyptians, pointing out that nine injuries have been transferred to hospitals, while 12 injured have been transferred from Sudan to hospitals in Egypt.
