The “Greens” to hold training sessions at 5th of July and Beni Messous stadiums ahead of Tanzania fixture
Informed sources close to the national technical staff told Echorouk that Algeria team coach, Rabah Saâdane, has requested from the Algerian football federation the nomination of a seasoned dietician to help the players of the national squad to recuperate their strength swiftly on the day of the upcoming African cup of nations' first-leg qualifier versus Tanzania.

The son of the former doctor of the Greens, Mr Briksi, who is a renowned nutritionist is widely tipped to be designated by the football federation to this sensitive post.

Mr Briksi, in case he is appointed, will be in charge of overseeing all the meals and the drinks to be consumed by the players of the national squad starting from the 29th of this month ahead of the decisive qualifier versus Tanzania slated for the 3rd of next September at a venue which is still to be set.

Anyway, the Algeria-Tanzania match will be played either at the 5th of July stadium of Algiers or at the Tchaker stadium of Blida.

The Tanzanian players, who are expected to arrive on September 1st 2010, will be accommodated at the 5-star Hilton hotel and will hold their preparatory training sessions at the Rouiba stadium on the eastern outskirts of Algiers.
