The social and Economic Council’s chief: Bouteflika is ready to conduct deep reforms
The chairman of the National Economic and Social Council Mohammed Seghir Babes has yesterday revealed that the president Bouteflika has insisted on the necessity to reach tangible results during the national forums for local development due to take place at the end of December.
-
The president will personally supervise the proposals and will include them in the texts of the political, social and economic reforms that he made public in his nation’s address last April, he added.

In response to Echourouk’s question over the release of the municipality’s draft law before the kick off of the forums’ proceedings, Babess has indicated that the aforementioned texts were “the bible” and were prone to deep reviews in the light of the forums’ outcomes.
