Tripartite meeting: “A set of projected incentive measures in favour of company managers”

The Algerian government has started a series of inter-ministerial meetings in order to finalize a number of outstanding files which will high on the agenda of the upcoming tripartite meeting slated for September 29th in Algiers.

  • The government is seeking to thrash out solutions for the early creation of new job opportunities for the jobless youth.

  • It is also endeavouring to find ways and means of giving a fresh impetus to the national economy.

  • Well – informed sources told Echorouk, that the forthcoming tripartite meeting bringing together the government, the UGTA workers Union and the employers’ federation will most probably hike the minimum guaranteed wage from 15.000 dinars to 18.000 or 20.000 dinars in addition to other incentive measures notably in favour of retired workers.
